Hybryda - obraz olejny na płótnie.
Na pierwszym planie, na monumentalnym podieście stylizowanym na zwieńczenie jońskiej kolumny, spoczywa zagadkowa postać. To niezwykła hybryda, której dolna część ciała – biodra i smukłe nogi – należy do kobiety, podczas gdy górna płynnie przechodzi w pudło rezonansowe wiolonczeli.

The Hybrid – an oil painting on canvas.
In the foreground, resting upon a monumental pedestal stylized as the capital of an Ionic column, lies an enigmatic figure. It is an extraordinary hybrid: the lower body—hips and slender legs—belongs to a woman, while the upper body transitions seamlessly into the resonating body of a cello. The curves of the instrument mirror the anatomy of a human back, suggesting that the soul of this being is pure sound.
The dark wood of the cello contrasts with the skin of the lower body, all set against the cool, carved marble of the column. Hovering above this static, almost statue-like scene are colorful, spherical lanterns.
This fusion of human corporeality and an inanimate instrument, anchored upon an antique foundation, depicts an ideal trapped within matter. The figure lies turned away, as if withdrawn from the world, implying that true harmony is born in silence and solitude. The Ionic column—a symbol of endurance and logic—becomes a bed for a surreal dream, serving as a reminder that beauty, whether found in music or the human form, acts as the sole bridge between a fleeting, fragile moment and the eternity that surrounds us.
